Refund policy

Ask within 14 days of a payment and you get the full amount back. No reason needed.

How to ask

• Email support@usefulshed.com from the address you paid with, or
• contact Link support, which handles payments for us.

The refund goes back to the original payment method, including any tax you paid. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; the subscription then ends at the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. A refund within 14 days covers the most recent payment. When a payment is refunded, the access it paid for ends.

Packs of exports

A refunded pack is deactivated, including any exports left in it.
