Payments, receipts and subscriptions
Purchases are sold through Link, the merchant of record operated by Stripe. Your receipt and invoice come by email from Link. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name.
- Cancel a subscription: sign in at app.link.com with the email you paid with and cancel it there, or email us and we will cancel it for you. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: see the refund policy. You can request a refund from us or from Link support.
- Lost your access code: email us from the address you paid with and we will send it again.
Report illegal content
Our tools process files on your device and do not publish anything. If you still believe something we host or make available is illegal, email support@usefulshed.com with the subject "Content report", the exact location of the content and why you believe it is illegal. We confirm receipt and tell you what we decided. This address is also our single point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act; we communicate in English and Slovenian.
